It’s official. It’s the OnePlus 5T and has just been announced with some major improvements over its predecessor, the OnePlus 5. The most notable has to do with design. But also with the camera.
As for machinery, we do not see big changes. The heart of the device is inhabited by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and is able to combine its potential with 8 GB of RAM. This will provide users with a balanced performance.
As for internal memory, we must talk about 64 GB or 128 GB, depending on the model. Logically, the operating system chosen for the occasion is Android 8 Oreo. The latest version of Google icons. Do you want to know it more closely? These are its main characteristics.

Immersive technology: towards the infinite screen
One of the greatest virtues of this OnePlus 5T is, undoubtedly, the screen. The panel of the equipment continues working through the technology Full Optic AMOLED 18: 9, but it enlarges its size to six inches. It is the way to approach the infinite screen of other manufacturers such as Samsung.
The experience will be much more immersive, especially when it comes to viewing content and playing. And this will be appreciated by the most demanding users. The screen also has SunLight technology, which can adapt the light automatically and adjust the contrast of the screen according to the activity.
The frames are reduced and the front area of the phone is more and better used. At the end, the screen points to a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a density of 401 dots per inch. It is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 crystal.
A dual camera that improves catches
The brand new OnePlus 5T has a dual camera system with Sony sensors. We are talking about 16 + 20 megapixels, which will allow us to obtain better results. This includes portraits with a bokeh effect since the camera uses the two sensors to focus the face and blur the background.
Enjoy, on the other hand, a system of Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) that will allow us to record videos in a 4K quality, dampening tremors and sudden movements. This is great when it comes to recording the action.
The Intelligent Pixel technology is capable of integrating 4 pixels in one. And this is useful when we want to take pictures in poorly lit scenes. The Quick Capture system will also help us make the catches faster: great for when you want to capture your son blowing the candles before it’s too late.
Price and availability
The most basic version of the OnePlus 5T, with 64 GB and 6 GB of RAM will start at Rupees 32,999. The second, with 128 GB of internal memory and 8 GB of RAM will be sold for 37,999. It will be on sale in India from November 21.
